Case study from a recent long distance removal from an inventory supplied through our online quotation form from Cheltenham to Louth.
The client made an initial telephone enquiry about removal from their property in the Cotswolds to their new property in Louth. During the telephone conversation, we asked the client if they could access the internet and complete the online quotation request form as accurately as possible. In order to ascertain their move requirements. To include the volume, packing service and access to the property.

Due to the distances involved, the removal was to be completed over three days. The first day involved travelling from our depot down to the clients address arriving late morning, the crew the started part-loading approx. 60 % of the furniture and effects, obviously leaving enough effects for the client to have a comfortable night. On the second day, the crew completed the loading and after a final check round with the client the vehicle set off Back to Lincolnshire. The third day, the delivery was completed, the crew placed all the furniture as required and placed all the cartons in the correct rooms as requested. After checking with the client that everything was where it should be, paperwork was completed and the crew left to return to the depot
